No matter how hard I try, I am finding it impossible to write down the core mechanic in a coherent and concise way. Possibly because I’m trying to hard to distance myself from a similar system. :(

Also, “haunt but aunt”? It is totally acceptable for those two to rhyme!
“Query does not rhyme with very” - it can so! In fact, to the best of my knowledge, that is the generally accepted pronunciation in America.
